"Mini Matsuri" children's entertainment

After the great success of the children’s afternoon last year, we are working together with Jekino again this year to put together an unforgettable afternoon for the little ones among us.

We start with two beautiful short stop-motion films from Japan, after which at 11:45 the children are treated to a super-deluxe animation box, with which children can put together their own animation film in no time!

Jekino focuses on children, young people and their (grand)parents. We explore the animation technique, a wonderful way of filming (frame by frame) with which you can literally set everything in motion. The children can get started with self-drawn dolls/backgrounds or with characters from the short films.

Jekino will place its super-deluxe animation box in the bar between 11:45 and 13:15, with which children can put together their own animation film in no time!

Japan Square is also installing an origami table where they can learn the tricks of the trade. Maybe your little wonder can make a crane the main character in his/her own animation film.

The craft afternoon will last until 13:15.
