Tantan-men

Before the film Initiation Love, you can enjoy a Tantan men meal from 7pm, a type of Ramen noodles that originally comes from the Chinese Sichuan kitchen. It consists of a spicy sauce served with vegetables (usually with various mustard strains), chili oil, Sichuan pepper, minced pork and spring onions served over the noodles.

The Tantan men meals are offered by Eetramen, Tom Vandenberghe’s restaurant at Oudburg 51, Ghent.

Tom Vandenberghe and Asian food culture: a never-ending story. With Eetavontuur he translates the many visits to Southeast Asia into cooking workshops, cooking and travel guides and street food events.

The fast and accessible nature of the Japanese noodle bar inspired him to bring the typical ramen noodles to Ghent.
