On the eve of her 22nd birthday, the girl Manami becomes aware that something is wrong with her, but she doesn’t seem to realize yet that she has become a key figure in this extremely bloody vampire battle.

On the day of her birthday, an eccentric and mysterious man named Yamada organizes a large matchmaking convention in the Hotel Requiem. Director Sono Sion, known for “Suicide Club”, made a 9-part mini series for Amazon Prime Japan and this film is the theatrical cut of that series.
