GOHAN brings the traditional lunch movie bento to the Skoop Café again this edition!

We offer 2 different bentos this year:

Japan Square bento with fish & meat:

• Baked chicken with teriyaki sauce
• Meatballs with sweet and sour sauce
• Baked salmon marinated with sweet miso
• Japanese omelette
• Sweet potato in lemon sauce
• Carrot salad with sesame
• Boiled rice
• Miso soup

Japan Square bento vegan:

• Tofu with sweet miso and walnuts
• Daikon mochi (cake with white radish)
• Soybean and oatmeal balls with teriyaki sauce
• Chinese cabbage salad with shio-koji*
• Sweet potato in lemon sauce
• Carrot salad with sesame
• Boiled rice
• Miso soup
