The traditional Japan-Square Film Festival Bento!
GOHAN brings the traditional lunch film bento to the Skoop Café again this edition!
On Sunday 23/03 you can order a delicious bento lunch from 12:45 (before the start of the 14:30 film Hakkenden: Fiction and Reality).
We are offering 2 different bento’s this year (quantity is limited!)
Japan Square Bento with fish & meat:
- Fried chicken with teriyaki sauce
- Meatballs with sweet and sour sauce
- Fried salmon marinated with sweet miso
- Japanese omelette
- Sweet potato in lemon sauce
- Carrot salad with sesame
- Boiled rice
- Miso soup
Japan Square Bento vegan:
- Tofu with sweet miso and walnuts
- Daikon-mochi (cake with white radish)
- Soybean and oatmeal balls with teriyaki sauce
- Chinese cabbage salad with shio-koji*
- Sweet potato in lemon sauce
- Carrot salad with sesame
- Boiled rice
- Miso soup
